TOPSUN received the award, “Good Working Place Company”, from Ministry of Knowledge Economy.

This is resulted from a program of “Provincial College Students – Local Best Company Hope Connection Project” in order to promote the perception improvement and improvement for information access for provincial companies. As doing so, this program can help employment mismatch problem and can build up a foundation of virtuous circle.  After all, this program selected 325 companies as “Good Working Place Company” including TOPSUN Co. Ltd.

This “Good Working Place Company” includes a quantitative evaluation like a company scale and also includes quality evaluations like a stability, development potential, employee welfare and satisfaction. In Jeonllanam-do province, 23 companies are awarded as a “Good Working Place Company”.

This award is processed through recommendations from provincial organizations like Techno-park, company’s application and city and professional organizations for company evaluation. First screening process had been done by Techno-park, professors, and college representatives and GWP, professional organization for company evaluation, which used the analytical tools for strict selection process.

Thus, TOPSUN can get benefits of various tax credits when we get midsize company development fund and advertisement advantages of “2011 Our Provincial Good Working Place Company”. In addition, TOPSUN can get priorities for provincial workforce development program.

Furthermore, TOPSUN got chances to employ talented employees through the interchanging program between college students and TOPSUN and employment program from Ministry of Knowledge Economy and Jeollanam-do.
